Appointments Cymraeg >
Consultations are by appointment only. We aim to see you within 10 minutes of your appointment time. You can make an appointment by speaking to a Receptionist between 8:30am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday (from 8:00am if you require an emergency appointment) . It is your responsibility to let us know as soon as possible, if you are unable to keep your appointment. This will allow us to offer the appointment to someone else, thus reducing unnecessary delays.
Monday to Friday
Morning Surgery 9.00am - 11:30am
Afternoon Surgery 3.00pm - 5.30pm
There are no appointments on weekends.
If you have a medical problem that cannot wait for the next available appointment, we will see you the same day as an emergency. Emergency appointments are shorter, and are for dealing with urgent problems only. Repeat prescriptions are not supplied during emergency appointments. Please telephone to arrange an emergency appointment, as we do not offer a "walk-in" service.

The Practice apologises for any confusion that changes to these arrangements may cause, but this is arranged by Neath Port Talbot Local Health Board for the Neath Port Talbot area and so the Practice has no control over them.
You have the right to be treated with courteousy at all times and we would expect you to return that courteousy to all Doctors and Practice Staff.
The Practice will not tolerate abusive or violent behavior in the surgery, whether directed to staff or other patients. Behavior of this nature will result in immediate removal from the Practice List.
The Practice is a group partnership, but patients are free to see the GP they feel most comfortable with.
