Prescriptions                                                                            Cymraeg >

We require 48 hours notice to process your repeat prescription request.  Therefore if your request is received before 5pm, it will be ready in two working days, after 1pm.

However if you order your repeat medication online by registering with "My Health Online", your prescription will continue to be ready in one working day after 1pm.

If you wish to register for this service, we will require photographic ID e.g current driving licence or passport.  The Receptionist will then be able to issue you with a PIN number & instructions on how to register.  This service allows you to order your repeat prescription, but this service does still need the receptionist to process your prescription, so any request that is received Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) before 5pm, will be ready for collection after 1pm the next working day.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept prescription requests over the telephone.

Please note that the surgery is closed from 1.00PM on the Second Wednesday of January, March, May, June, September & November for Doctor and Staff training (see our 'Appointments' page for more information).  As a consequence, any repeat prescription requests delivered to the surgery / requested online after 1.00PM on any of these training days will not be ready for collection until after 1pm on the Friday.  Dates of the relevant training days are displayed in the surgery for patient information.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused on these occasions.
